How to Apply (PhD)
Note: September is the only entry point for the program.
The application session for 2017 is now closed. The next deadline to apply and upload all required documents is January 18, 2018. We strongly recommend that applicants apply at least a month before that deadline to ensure that they have sufficient time to gain access to upload their required documents.
The documents required include: all transcripts, two academic reference letters and assessment forms, a 1-3 page statement of research interest, the online application, a CV, a writing sample and an English equivalency exam such as a TOEFL is required if the applicant's first language is other than English
An electronic Referee Assessment Form will be sent directly to the referees listed in your online application. These documents will also be submitted electronically on your behalf.
You are responsible for applying online and submitting all transcripts and your 1-3 page statement of research interest (thesis intent). This longer statement is in addition to the short statement you are able to submit in your online application. We suggest that applicants review our faculty to see if there is a potential advisor for their topic and they can incorporate that information into their statement, please refer to this link (second page)
