Professor Riddell received his BA and MA from the University of Calgary and Ph.D. from McGill University.
My current SSHRC-funded research project is to examine the process of judicial selection in Canada and the effects of the selection process on the quality and decision-making outcomes of judges.
I enjoy teaching courses on the criminal justice system, constitutional rights and liberties and judicial politics.
