Please email to email@example.com to contact the Conference Coordinator for more information and to request an invitation letter. For security reasons invitation letters can only be issued to authors or registered attendees of the conference.
Please be sure to include all of the following information in your original email: 1. Your name as it appears on your passport; 2. Your current postal mailing address; 3. If you have any papers accepted for the conference, please provide the title.
All these information are necessary, and omitting any of them will delay the issuing of the support letter. You will receive a PDF letter by email within 4-5 business days.
