NEVER do it. This is a reminder to all undergraduate and associate diploma students of the following: 1. The Add period for Summer 2009 6-week courses and 12-week courses commences Wednesday, May 6, 2009. The LAST day to add S09 6-week courses is Monday, May 11, 2009 and the LAST day to add S09 12-week courses is Friday, May 15, 2009. Note that F09 courses may also be added from May 6th through May 15, 2009 2. The Summer 2009 final exam schedule will be available on Monday, May 4, 2009 at http://www.uoguelph.ca/registrar/ under Popular Links Exam Schedules At that time you will be able to view your individual S09 final exam schedule by going to WebAdvisor >Students >Class Schedule, select S09 as the term, submit and then click on Exam Schedule Grid. 3. Please refer to the Summer 2009 final exam schedule if you are making changes to your Summer 2009 course registrations. Students may not register in courses which have a direct final exam conflict. If you should create a direct final exam conflict when making changes to your course registrations you must must amend the course registrations to remove the conflict. You can view your S09 class schedule and S09 final exam schedule (from May 4/09 on ) in an easy-to-read grid format on WebAdvisor >Students >Class Schedule, select S09 as the term, submit and then click on Class Schedule Grid or Exam Schedule Grid. 4. Bills for the Summer 2009 term can be viewed on WebAdvisor beginning April 20, 2009. 5. Full payment for the Summer 2009 term is due Friday, May 15, 2009.
