Colleague Desktop UI 2.3
Colleague User Infeface v. 2.3 should be available for download from the CCS software distribution site the week of March 16th, 2009 (likely toward the end of the week).
The Colleague Desktop UI 2.3 application, along with WebAdvisor, is the means by which departments can interact with Datatel's Colleague Student Information Systems. Typically, departments will have two Colleague accounts associated with the departmental administrative staff. The Colleague/WebAdvisor database and servers are maintained and administered by University Systems on behalf of the Office of Registrarial Services (ORS). ORS Systems and Technology works with University Systems to insure that departments have access to Colleague through the Desktop UI.
