Deadlines

Changes to the OMAFRA Reporting Templates and Process for 2009 reports

• All Tier I reports require: word template, financial template and OMAFRA Expenditures spreadsheet.
• All Tier II reports require: word template, partner funding, in-kind contributions, RSSA, and Team Description portions of the financial template
• Only the signed and dated signature page needs to be submitted in hardcopy to Natalie Carter, 1 Stone Road West.
• All required templates must be submitted electronically to resadmin@uoguelph.ca.
• The section on Intellectual Properties has been made more distinct. This is the only section of the report that is NOT subject to public disclosure. Care should be taken in the other sections to ensure against disclosure of any intellectual property you may wish to protect.
