Deadlines

Annual and Final Reports Wednesday, February 22, 2012
by noon

For Projects that started before May 1, 2011

  • All Tier I reports require: Word template and financial template
  • All Tier II reports require: Word template, partner funding, in-kind contributions, RSSA, and Team Description portions of the financial template
  • Only the signed and dated signature page needs to be submitted in hardcopy to Amanda Budd, 1 Stone Road West, or as a scanned pdf document to resadmin@uoguelph.ca
  • All required templates must be submitted electronically to resadmin@uoguelph.ca
  • The section on Intellectual Properties is the only section of the report that is NOT subject to public disclosure. Care should be taken in the other sections to ensure against disclosure of any intellectual property you may wish to protect.

For projects that started May 1, 2011 or later
ie. this is the first annual report.

New Online Application System

The OMAFRA – U of G Research Program has recently implemented new web-based software, called the Research Management System (RMS), for processing research applications and reporting on projects.
You must register in the RMS before you can prepare submit your report. Only projects that started May 1, 2011 or later (ie. this is the first annual report) are required to use the RMS. All others may use the Word and Excel templates above.

  • Visit our registration page to get a user name and password.
  • Access the login page for RMS to start your application if you are already registered in the Research Management System.
