What is Quorum?
One-third of the members constitutes a quorum at any meeting of Senate. A quorum for any committee or board of Senate shall be one-third of the full membership unless otherwise stipulated in the bylaws.
Who are Ex-Officio Members of Senate?
Ex-officio members are members of Senate by virtue of the office held (eg. Dean, Chair, V.P.).
Can Ex-Officio Members Vote?
Yes. Only the Secretary of Senate is a non-voting member of Senate.
