The following notice has been e-mailed campus wide to Admin Assistants, Deans, Directors, Chairs and Physical Resources Employees.

Please convey this information to staff in your area.

Please be advised that during construction at Alumni Stadium, the most southerly row of parking spaces in parking lot P49 (on Powerhouse Lane next to the diesel tanks) will be used to store the bleachers from the east side of the stadium. The parking spaces affected will be those adjacent to the motorcycle parking. The bleachers will be moved on Monday, April 30, 2012 and it would be appreciated if parking spaces in this area are left vacant to accommodate the move. The bleachers will be removed from the parking lot by the end of the summer.
The Fire Route will not be affected during the storage of the bleachers.

Please be advised that Powerhouse Lane will be closed at the Central Utilities Plant on Thursday, April 5th from 7am to 1pm to allow for delivery of a new chiller to the CUP. Pedestrians will be redirected around work area with appropriate signage. Vehicle detour and information signage will be placed as shown in attached site plan. Road closures signage will also be placed at College Ave and south end of Powerhouse Lane.

 Please find attached the schedule & titles for the upcoming presentations for the undergraduate independent projects. The presentations will be on April 4th (in Graham Hall 3301) and April 5th (in Alexander Hall 265). All are welcome to come and attend the presentations to support our undergraduates.
