Dear Researchers, This email is to confirm that you have all been informed about the recent Call for the Letters of Intent to address the research priorities of the OMAFRA/UofG Research Program (please see attached letter that was emailed on October 17, 2011).

As well, we would like to ensure that researchers who are interested in submitting an LOI have had the opportunity to test out the new on-line Research Management System (RMS). Please be sure to give yourselves enough time prior to the November 21, NOON deadline , to give the on-line system a try. The RMS is not programmed to accept LOI's after the NOON cut-off time.

We would also like to advise researchers that the Theme Descriptions and Call Document that were posted on the Office of Research website, were related to last year's Call until just recently when the changes were updated to reflect this year's descriptions. Note, the on-line Research Management System did have the most current descriptions and document.
