Axelrod Open Door Afternoon + cake and coffee

Hello SES! Have you had the opportunity to explore SES's new home in Axelrod? Are you new to Axelrod? Wouldn't it be nice to know your neighbours down the hall? Or see where your colleague's lab is? You can explore Axelrod during the "Axelrod Open Door Afternoon" this Friday, September 24 from 3:30 to 4:30 pm.

We ask all SESers in Axelrod to participate by opening their doors for 15 minutes Friday afternoon and welcoming visitors who drop by. This will also be a great opportunity for our colleagues in Bovey to see where to find us:

First Floor Open Door: 3:30 pm-3:45pm
(Occupants of the first floor will remain in their offices or labs while other floors' occupants visit the first floor)
Second Floor Open Door: 3:45pm-4:00pm
Third Floor Open Door: 4:00pm-4:15pm

Remember SES is found in the Front Wing and the South Wing of the building. The tour will end at 4:15 pm in the 3rd floor lunchroom where cake and coffee will be served!

Your participation in this event is greatly appreciated as we try to promote community in SES and smooth our transition to Axelrod! All of SES is welcome to come and join Axelrod occupants during the tour and for the reception in Room 337 (Lunchroom).
