The Guelph Centre for Urban Organic Farming (GCUOF) is the site for an Open House event to be held on Saturday, September 18 from 12:00 noon until 4:00 p.m. Hosted by Garden2Table (G2T), the event will feature:
- guided tasting tours of the organic garden - cuisine prepared by top Ontario chefs using organic produce from the garden's seasonal bounty - live music, a corn roast, educational demonstrations and children's activities. The Garden Market will also be open to visitors. Admission is free: a $10 Food Passport is available for those wishing to sample the chefs' organic cuisine.
