The candidate will have knowledge of major aspects of economics, business and marketing management in the Canadian agri-food sector. They will have advanced training in marketing planning and performance monitoring with respect to strategy development, market opportunity assessment and program implementation. The candidate will be expected to prepare and deliver lectures, apply the case-based method of instruction and interact with students on a group and one-to-one basis. The course has an enrolment of up to 60 students. Up to 10 hours of lecture, preparation time and office hours will be required on a weekly basis.
