The sessional will be expected to be available for interpretation for all aspects of clinical service in the diagnostic imaging section. The clinical work includes radiography, special procedures, ultrasound, MRI, CT and nuclear medicine of all species including small animals, large animals, and exotics.    Imaging reports should be completed within 48 hours of the study for all cases. Teaching duties include daily case rounds with radiology residents, approval of resident imaging reports, and daily case rounds with fourth year veterinary students. Additional students may be assigned to the ultrasound service, and the sessional will be involved in instruction and clinical based teaching of ultrasound students. When possible, a resident will also be assigned to the service to assist with the above duties, however another faculty member may not be available.  There will be out of hours emergency duty.

Required Qualifications: 

Must have a DVM, eligible to practice in the Province of Ontario, and be a Diplomate of the American College of Radiologists.
