This course examines the history, theory and practice of community development and participation in the field of early childhood. Recent experience working in community-based agencies and or programs with children and/or families (early intervention and prevention programs an asset)

Experience of working in a variety of community-based programs such as early intervention and prevention programs including drop in groups, parenting programs, home visiting and with a diverse population; Registration with the College of Early Childhood Educators of Ontario.
