This course requires students to critically analyze the role of leadership, innovation and entrepreneurship in the early childhood sector. Students explore leadership potential, qualities, and abilities for professionals who work with children, their families, and other adults. Students examine the importance of the early years and how this understanding impacts on the changing nature of work, activities and available services.
