- This two course sequence provides the biochemical foundation for the study of human nutrition, exercise and metabolism. This course covers aspects of general chemistry and organic chemistry that are critical to understanding the fundamentals of human biochemistry and metabolism. - Classes held on University of Guelph-Humber campus (Toronto).
