This course in Organization Behaviour examines and analyzes organizations as open systems and focuses on key variables including organizational culture, the external environment, organizational structure, motivation, group dynamics, leadership, change management and communication. Masters related to field
Prior Teaching Experience: 
Successful teaching related to field at college or university level
Required competence, capability, skill and ability related to course content: 
Experience teaching Organizational Behaviour or other related OB courses at College and University level.
Preferred Qualifications

PhD in progress related to field
PhD related to field
Experience teaching adult students.
Research Experience: 
Quality and or Recent Research activity in related field demonstrating knowledge of current developments in course content.
Specific Preferred competence, capability, skill and ability related to course content: 
Experience with organizational culture, external environment, organizational structure, motivation, group dynamics, leadership, change management and communication. Experience teaching online. Demonstrated teaching excellence (e.g. course evaluations, reference letters, student feedback, etc.)

Section 01: October 20 & 21, 2018: Intensive Weekend in-class session 2: Sat 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Sun 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.; October 22 - November 29, 2018: Online sessions (independent study and small group/large group; instructor facilitated); November 30, December 1 & 2, 2018: Intensive Weekend in-class session 3: Fri 6:00 p.m. - 10:00 p.m., Sat 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Sun 8:30 a.m. - 4:30 p.m.
Period of the Work Agreement (Start Date and End Date):

Wages (per semester, per full-load):
