Laptop Will Not Project

Problem:

Laptop will not display on some portable and installed classroom projectors.

Background:

During Fall’08 a small number of instructors experienced problems getting their laptops to project with some portable and installed data projectors.

Through extensive testing in the CTS test environment the symptoms were duplicated and the problem was resolved.

Solution:

The problem may be a result of the driver version installed on your laptop.    

Contact Classroom Technical Support (Ext 52778) to determine if your laptop video driver is the cause of the problem.
