and for one year following the end of their appointment.

University
of Guelph New Faculty Program
The
New Faculty Program is designed for new and recently new
faculty and sessionals, and includes and an intense three-day
orientation in August and a series of noon hour luncheons
throughout the academic year. Together, they are designed
to orient teaching staff to the University environment,
connect faculty with theirpeers,
and help develop their teaching and learning skills and
knowledge.
