Faculty Multimedia Suite

LTCi provides a Windows XP multimedia workstation for the creation of teaching and learning materials, which features:

• video editing suite with Premiere Pro
• digital video acquisition (via Firewire) and editing for anyone with a digital camcorder
• a DVD burner with DVD authoring software
• a 35 mm slide and negative scanner
• a high-resolution flatbed document and transparency scanner
• PowerPoint XP for presentations
• Adobe Acrobat Distiller for creating PDFs

The workstation is self-serve and free for use during office hours, although we encourage everyone to call ahead to ensure availability and to request assistance with your project. To reserve, call or email Doug Schaefer at x52983.
