Lesson planning for engagement
Turn that syllabus you've just been handed into concrete plans for the lab or seminars you're expected to facilitate. This workshop will focus on:
- active learning techniques to energize your teaching;
- how to create lesson plans; and
- how to link your seminar or lab to the larger course learning outcomes.
Note: Participation in this workshop will counts toward 1.5 of the 12 required hours of the Graduate Student Teaching Development Program.
