BEMS-Related Journals At present there is no single location where BEMS-related research is published. There are, however, a large number of journals where BEMS-related publications can be found included in the following list:

    Published by the EAWAG (Swiss Federal institute for Environmental Science and Technology) and Birkhauser, is being relaunched in 2002 as a journal devoted to Research Across Boundaries including "research across disciplinary boundaries (studies examining interactions between physical, chemical, and biological processes)."

    call for papers (PDF: 1.1 Mb) that transcend traditional fields in all areas of aquatic sciences including both marine and freshwater is available.
