Therese Mary Bush
BUSCH, Therese Mary - Passed away, peacefully, at St. Joseph's Villa
in Dundas, on Sunday, September 21, 2003, at the age of 93 years.
Therese is survived by her nieces, Mary Povey and husband Bill, Julie
Schacht; nephew, Charles Busch and wife Brenda; great-nieces and
great-great-nieces and great-great-nephews. Predeceased by her
parents, Charles and Barbara (nee Dietrich) Busch; brother, Jerome
Busch and his wife Monica; sisters, Lorraine Busch, Sister Angela
Busch and a great-nephew, Chad Povey. Therese was born in St. Clements
on August 19, 1910, worked along side her sister, Lorraine as a
housekeeper at St. Mary's Rectory, Kitchener for 17 years and then as
a housekeeper for the priests at St. Pius X Rectory in Brantford for
27 years. In 1990 she joined her sister, Sister Angela and the Sisters
of St. Joseph's at St. Joseph's Villa in Dundas where she lived for 13
years. It was there that she was lovingly welcomed by the Sisters and
was referred to as one of their own. Therese was a kind and gentle
lady who cared about others before herself. Friends are invited to
share their memories of Therese with her family at the Edward R. Good
Funeral Home, 171 King St. S., Waterloo today (Tuesday) 2-4 and 7-9 p.
m. Parish prayers service this evening (Tuesday) at 8:45 p.m. A
morning prayer service will be held at the funeral home on Wednesday
at 10 a.m. followed by the Mass of Christian Burial at Our Lady of
Lourdes RC Church, 173 Lourdes Street in Waterloo, at 10:30 a.m. with
the Rev. Edward Sheridan as celebrant. Interment will follow in the
family plot at Saint Clement RC Cemetery. In Therese's memory,
donations may be made to St. Joseph's Villa, Dundas and can be
arranged through the funeral home,
HERZOG, Clarence Peter- Peacefully, at St. Mary's General Hospital, on
Friday, July 19, 2002, in his 99th year.Beloved husband to Catherine
and the late Arrnilla (1980). Loved dad to Valerie Bell and her
husband Ozzie of Frankfort, Linda Dietrich and her husband Larry of
Tavistock and George Thomson of Scotland. Cherished grandpa to
Samantha Lockner and her husband Steve, Elliot Fung and his friend
Amy, Jordan and Gareth Bell, Andrew Fung and Scott Dietrich and great-
grandpa to Kristen and Nathan Lockner.Predeceased by his parents,
William and Louise Herzog; brothers, Alfred, Anthony and Leo and
sisters, Rose Fischer, Anna Hahn and Betty Reidel.Friends may call at
the Schreiter-Sandrock Funeral Home and Chapel, 51 Benton at Church
St., Kitchener on Sunday 24 and 79 p.m. Parish prayers will be said
Sunday at 3:30 p.m. Prayers will be recited on Monday at 9:30 a.m.
followed by transfer to St. Anthony Daniel's RC Church for Funeral
Mass at 10 a.m. with Father Earl Talbot celebrant. Interment St.
Clement's Cemetery.Contributions to St. Anthony Daniel's RC Church or
a charity of choice would be appreciated.
