WALSER, Doreen F.L. (nee Fischer) - Passed away peacefully with her family by her side, on
Thursday, March 31, 2005, at Trinity Village Care Centre, Kitchener. Beloved wife of the late Stanley
Walser (1991). Loving mother of Rosemary Montgomery and her husband Doug of Waterloo and
Christopher Walser and his wife Laurie of Fergus. Dear grandma of Jaci, Cori and Blake. Survived by
her sister Gail McLaren and her husband George of St. Catharines and her sister-in-law Eileen. Dear
aunt of Jerry, Joe, Annette, Loren and Mathew. Predeceased by her parents Eugene and Winifred and
brother Ronald Fischer. Doreen will be sadly missed by many relatives and friends. Visitation was held
at Graham A. Giddy Funeral Home and Chapel, 37 Church Street, Elora Friday, April 1, 2005 from 2-4
and 7-9 p.m. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated at St. Mary's Roman Catholic Church, Elora on
Saturday (today) at 11 a.m. Interment to follow at St. Mary's Cemetery, Elora. If desired donations may
be made to Trinity Village, Heart and Stroke Foundation of Ontario or the Canadian Cancer Society.
