Welcome to the University of Guelph Dairy Science Club's Home Page.

The Dairy Science Club is a new club offered to all students of the University of Guelph that are from, have interest or would like to learn about the Canadian and Global Dairy Industry.

The Dairy Science Club is to act as forum where students can combine what they learn in the traditional classroom with what they will learn at club meetings.

Club meetings will be comprised of guest speakers from the university and representatives from the dairy industry.  There will also be trips to surrounding farms and businesses as well a trip or two out of province.

Events be of an educational approach where club members can learn something new and hopefully teach something of the club and the industry to others.  Some ideas for events are: A "Hands-on" milking display at College Royal, a year end purebred sale and an educational day for elementary school children from the Guelph area.
