Fashion Show 2009 / 2010

Attention Business students!

Are you creative, a team player and interested in planning this year’s best fashion show?

This is a great opportunity for everyone to get involved –that means you to guys!

Every year, the CMESA holds a charity fashion show in the winter semester with all proceeds going to a local charity. We gather local designers and fashion stores to display their work on a runway. This is a fashion show that includes not only walking scenes but also dance choreography.

The En Couture Fashion Show Committee is now TAKING APPLICATIONS!

We are looking for four talented, enthusiastic and organised individuals to fill the following positions: 

Sponsorship: Finds sponsors/donations and upkeeps relationships with the sponsors for the charity event.

Writer:  Writes literature such as newspaper articles/ Ad clips/sponsorship letters and possibly the MC script.

Finance: Writes, keeps track of and forecasts the committee’s budget.

Logistics:  “Detail specialist” Plans and organises details of the event.

This event is our MAIN CAREER FAIR for Fall Semester 2009. Don't miss out!

Check out career options, industry trends and salary expectations for current permanent, co-op, contract, part-time and internship employment opportunities. Print copies of the Employer Guidebook will be available for pick-up at Cooperative Education & Career Services by the middle of September. Come prepared by carrying updated copies of your resume with you at the fair!  Get a job sooner, rather than later!
