Cotylidia diaphana

Fruitbodies are stalked, white to cream, funnel-shaped, thin, tough, pliant, striate, faintly zonate, sometimes split at the margins, 2-4 cm tall, and up to 4 cm across. Stalks are thin, white, downy and 1-3 mm wide. Widespread and not uncommon, this delicate and attractive species fruits on the ground in deciduous woods.
