Ramariopsis crocea Orange-Yellow Ramariopsis
Fruitbodies of this tiny coral are small, fragile and are mostly less than 2 cm tall. They catch the eye because of their bright orange to reddish orange colour. Scattered on bare ground or on humus, this delicate and beautiful species is widespread and not uncommon but escapes attention because of its small size.
