Lepiota rubrotincta        

Caps 2-8 cm, dry, convex to flat or knobbed, at first uniform pinkish-brown, breaking up towards the margin to form streaks of coral-pink to red-brown fibrils on a white base. Gills white, free. Stalks up to 10 cm tall by 8 mm wide, white, sometimes with swollen base, splitting readily. Ring persistent, white to pinkish. Spore print white. Widespread and not uncommon, it fruits on the ground in woods. Not edible.
