Mycena leaiana Orange Mycena
This is a distinctive, bright orange species that fruits in large clusters on hardwood stumps and logs. It is a little more robust than your average Mycena species and is very common and widespread. It can bleach to white in age or with weathering. The gills are also orange-red but with a darker edge.
