Calvatia cyathiformisFruitbodies are up to 15 cm tall by 10 cm at their widest part, pear-shaped, with a globose to subglobose head, white at first, ageing brown, smooth becoming cracked over the surface, wrinkled where the head joins the stalk. Stalksv are thick and tapering. Spore mass is rich purple-brown. Widespread but not common, it fruits in grassy spots. Edible.
