Xeromphalina campanella

DescriptionCaps are up to 2.5 cm across, dry, smooth, convex to flat, umbilicate, striate, orange-yellow to yellow-brown, and paler when dry. Gills are decurrent, narrow, far apart, and yellowish. Stalks are up to 4 cm tall, slender, smooth, tough, yellow-brown to dark reddish-brown, paler near the cap, powdery, and with a hairy base. Spore prints are white to buff, and amyloid. Widespread and common, it fruits on decaying conifer wood, in large clusters.
