Cyathus olla

This Bird's Nest Fungus is readily recognized by the large (up to 3 mm diam) dark peridioles (eggs) and the nest (fruitbody) has a wavy edge.  Cyathus stercoreus is very similar but the peridioles are much smaller (1-2 mm diam. click here)
