Dasyscyphus virgineus

The disc-shaped to cup-shaped frutibodies (apothecia) are up to 1.5 mm across.  The outside is covered with a dense mat of white hairs.  In dry weather the cup margin rolls in and the hairs  cover the disc and protect the hymenium.   In wet weather the margin unrolls to expose the disc and spore discharge is renewed.   It fruits on dead twigs, raspberry canes etc.
