Marasmius capillaris

The tiny, lamp-shaped (deeply convex), grooved caps vary from 2-6 mm across and are supported by black, wire-thin stalks.  Look for it on rotting leaves during prolonged wet weather.  It shrivels quickly in dry weather but resurrects when rewetted.
