There are scholarships available which do not look at your academic achievers, these are merit-based awards as well as other type of scholarships, all you have to do is apply
Aga Khan Scholarship and Loan Program (AKSLP)
Aga Khan Foundation (AKF) have a limited amount of scholarships available. The deadline to apply for AKSLP is June 30th, 2010.

Unlimited Rides with Guelph Transit
If you have received your tudent card, you may notice a sticker stating similar to "F11". This is important so do not peel it off! This sticker shows that you are a current student at University of Guelph and allows you unlimited travel using Guelph Transit.
It's not free as we pay $86.15/semester but that's very, VERY cheap, considering that the adult pass is $72.00/month.
