fall asleep more easily and get more energy from sleep
- Better Sleep for Peri-Menopausal Women workshop
decreasing mid-life sleep disturbances
- Decreasing Headaches program
more than 2 or 3 headaches a month are too many!
- STOP Worrying!
decrease worrying and avoid the pitfalls that perpetuate it
- Stress Less for Tests
decrease test anxiety to enhance focus and performance
- Any of the above programs, or portions of them, provided at your location as onsite programs for business,
teams, interest groups, and others
