CDs and CASSETTE TAPES

Many CDs and cassette tapes are available on the market and in local libraries. Only some accurately reflect current knowledge in this area. Charles and Liz Stroebel are highly recommended.

Dr. Erik Peper's 2-cassette package Breathing for Health: diaphragmatic breathing for relaxation can be obtained from the STENS Corporation in California at www.stens-biofeedback.com or 1-800-257-8367 (cost is approx. $25 US).
