DATES, TIMES, and LOCATION :

This 2 session program meets on Tuesday and Thursday from 5:30 - 7:00 pm in Room 335 University Centre, University of Guelph

A minimum of 6 people are required for this group.

If you are unable to attend a session for any reason, you may make up that particular class at any future Stress Less for Tests program.
(Please call ahead to confirm the time and location when making up a class.)

To find the University Centre building on a campus map, visit www.parking.uoguelph.ca and at the very bottom of the left side bar is the "Parking Lot Map" option. On the map, the University Close is the road in red (for buses only), with the University Centre above it.

Take the NORTH elevators in the University Centre to the third floor to get to Room 335.


FEE :

$5.00 for University of Guelph students (due to U of G Student Health Services subsidy)

Payment is by cash or cheque.

WHAT if I MISS a CLASS ?

It would be ideal to attend the two evenings in the program, however if you miss a session there are class handouts which can help you "catch up". You may also pick up the missed session at any future Stress Less for Tests program.
