Waterloo Public Library, cornerstone laid 12 Nov. 1903 |

Waterloo established a free public library in 1884. In July 1902 Andrew Carnegie promised $10,000 for a new building. This library was completed in September 1905 and opened to the public in November 1905.
Main floor: general reading room, children's room, stack room, reference room, librarian's office.
