Here are some answers to your frequently asked questions:
Check-in is from 12:00 to 2:00 on Friday March 14th
Presentations begin at 2:15 pm (the schedule is on the main page)
Checkout is at 11:00 am Sunday March 16th
The conference ends at 2 pm on Sunday
Proposal presentations are 7 minutes with 2 minutes for Q & A
Abstract Presentations are 9 minutes with 3 minutes for Q & A
Award Presentations are 12 minutes with 3 minutes for Q & A
Power point is to be used for presentations; the computer used for presentations has MS Office 2003 on it. Please note some aspects of Power Point for Office 2007 may not be compatible.
Please bring presentations on a memory stick or CD for transfer to the computer. Presentations will copied to the computer before the session starts, there will be a call over breaks for this to happen
