Abstract Submission    DUE February 8, 2008        please follow the sample abstract guidelines

Award Applications     DUE February 8, 2008        please submit the application in the same email as the abstract

The date of the conference is Friday, March 14- Sunday, March 16, 2008

Payments should be made as follows:

Cheques should be made payable to the
School of Engineering-University of Guelph
and can be post-dated no later than March 1st, 2008.

The costs for the weekend (per person) are as follows:
$150  Day Participant (includes meals)
$265  Double Room (includes meals and accommodation)
$325  Single Room (includes meals and accommodation)

All costs include the conference registration fee of $25.
