OUTline Accountability Statement
OUTline endeavours to remain accountable to the undergradute students at the University of Guelph who fund the services it provides. This is achieved through a number of different channels:
- Receiving regular input from an Advisory Committee
- Annually reporting to the Student Service Fee Committee
- Conducting Needs Assessments
- Maintianing accurate financial practices

The OUTline Advisory Committee
All of OUTline's activities are advised by a committee of dedicated volunteers from a number of on and off campus stakeholders. The Advisory Committee has a majority student voice and is composed of representatives from the following organizations:

Annual Student Service Fee Reports
As an organization that receives funding established through the Centrals Students' Association General Election
(¢0.40 per undergraduate student per semester), OUTline is responsible for completing an Annual Report
to the Student Service Fee Committee (SSF).

Financial Practices
OUTline's budget is maintained by the Manager or the Centre for New Students in consultation with the OUTline Advisory Committee. All financial documents and transactions are managed by the designated Student Life staff member in accordance with University of Guelph policy and procedures.
