  • Facilitate educational and strategic planning for academic departments.
  • Coaching of curriculum developers at other institutions as they develop curriculum facilitation skills. This includes McGill School of Law and the University of Ottawa's Telfer School of Business. (2009-present)
  • Present workshops, coach faculty, and facilitate curriculum assessment and re/development projects based on pedagogical research and best practices. (2003-current).
  • Institute Faculty member for the International Institute for New Faculty Developers, sponsored by POD, IATHE, University of Ottawa, Niagara College, George Brown College, and University of Waterloo. (2007)
  • Coached faculty in the design, development and delivery of undergraduate and graduate distance education courses at the University of Guelph, with a focus on pedagogical approaches, incorporating adult education principles and best practices.  Approximately 20 undergraduate, 5 graduate, and 2 continuing professional education courses have been developed. (1998-2003)
  • Designed and facilitate Effective eLearning Practices for eLearn Solutions Group as a part of their Certificate in eLearning Management. (2003-present)
  • Designed and led a professional development workshop series for Humber College faculty on "Using WebCT to Support On-line Learning.” (1998)
  • Presented Emotional Intelligence: 5 Keys to Career Success to the Association of Administrative Assistants. (1997)
  • Designed and delivered Strategic Partnership Development and Leadership & Personal Effectiveness courses for Humber College. (1997)
  • Facilitated Career Transition workshops for the Ministry of Natural Resources. (1996)
  • Co-designed and facilitated Resolving Workplace Conflict workshops for Heenan Blaikie (law firm). (1996)
  • Developed and led Problem Solving and Goal Setting: Overcoming Your Fears workshops for Human Resources Development Canada. (1996)
  • Co-facilitated a workshop for Queen Elizabeth Hospital on Managing Change. (1995)
  • Coordinated, designed and instructed a program of Personal and Professional Effectiveness for Professional Engineers and Architects at George Brown College. Modules included Team Building; Time, Stress and Change Management; Customer Service; and Job Search Skills. (1995)
