Research Project Description
Project Learning Goal Description:
"Conducting a Self-Study of My Own Development
in Fostering Critical Reflection Among Educators and Students in
a University Setting”
I would like to review and evaluate my own development
as a critically reflective practitioner through the artifacts and
reflections of my own teaching practice and work with faculty in
the role of educational development. This would be done based on
a self-study of the artifacts of my practice as well as my own reflections
on my process.
Personal Goal:
To Foster Critical Reflection Among Educators and
Students in a University Setting: To articulate key moments in my
own development and the approaches and techniques that have helped
faculty across disciplines to incorporate pedagogical strategies
that encourage the development and application of learners’
critical reflection skills.
