project is a human resource development
and an institution
building activity. The
main purpose
was to prepare and deliver the
program to
target groups in Tamil Nadu State,
namely technicians,
change agents and the
farmers.
The project ends in June 2002.

Expected Outcomes:
1) Increase
sustainable food production through
improved seed
technology applications.
2) Provide
the capacity and infrastructure
for equity
and accessibility to educational
services in
seed technology to the marginalized,
especially
women.
