Originally from Petawawa, Ontario, Kailea is a graduate student in the MSc. Rural Planning and Development program at the University of Guelph. Her decade-long involvement with Rotary has included participation through Interact, RYLA, Youth Exchange and Rotaract. Kailea's passion for Rotary has extended into her academic career, with her current research focusing on frameworks for conducting needs assessments for Rotary-initiated development programs in rural El Salvador. Outside of Rotary, her interests include gardening, hiking, reading, and - new this fall - playing inner-tube water polo! |
Meghan is in her second year of Arts and Science at the University of Guelph. She is from Stratford, Ontario where she was a member of her high school's Interact Club, and the co-president in her final year. She has also participated in the Rotary Seminar for Tomorrow's Leaders and the Ottawa Rotary Adventures in Citizenship. She is also involved in Girl Guides and enjoys step dancing, reading, and volunteering. |
