Activity and interests
The photo (with Dr. Muresan and Ms. Vahedi) shows a prototype chip that integrates an analog technique for secure cryptographic applications. The chip was designed with industry-grade software tools and fabricated in a low-power 180-nm CMOS technology.
I am interested in analog and mixed-signal integrated microsystems including:
- low-voltage low-power integrated circuits,
- integrated power converters and charge pumps,
- microsensors,
- integrated circuits for wireless/wireline communications and sensor networks.
