Narrator: Hey future gryphons, welcome to my alcove single room in South. When you walk in, the first thing you see is the desk. This desk comes with a recliner chair, extra movable storage drawers, as well as a cork board and LED lights that is perfect for doing your work on and getting ready in the morning.

Narrator: Next is the closet, which can be used for clothing and shoe storage, as well as fit a mini fridge to clear up some space in the room.

Narrator: What also comes with the room is a tall dresser for extra clothing storage, as well as an open space that you can fit textbooks or other decorations in.

Narrator: There is also a balcony, which comes with a large window that you can open if you want to feel the fresh air that also brings in natural lighting.

Narrator: The last item of the room is the bed, which is a single bed that comes with room underneath for extra storage bins. You can bring a mattress topper for extra comfort and dress up the bed with pillows and sheets to your liking.
